The Reveal. This is the last thing that goes up and the first thing Erin sees. The “Happy Birthday Erin” sign must be positioned so it's visible — unmissably visible — the moment she pulls into the driveway.

Placement Notes

The sign needs to be the first thing Erin sees when pulling into the driveway — not something she notices as an afterthought. Think from the driver's seat perspective: what do you see at the street, then at the curb, then from the driveway?

Test it from the street. Walk out to where a car would approach and look back. If you have to scan to find the sign, it needs to move or get bigger.

This is the final piece. Once Zone 8 is done and the sign is up, setup is complete. Don't put it up too early — wait until other zones are finished so it doesn't get knocked over during setup activity.
