The staging ground. All bikes come here from Zone 3 (Garage), all extra supply bins, ladders, and empty catering crates get hidden here, and the portalets are tucked here for privacy. Keep it walkable end to end.

Placement Notes

The alley serves as the staging and hiding ground for everything that shouldn't be visible at the party. Bikes, gear, ladders, crates — all of it lives here.

Portalets go here rather than in the yard — tucked for privacy but still accessible. Make sure guests know where to find them; this location isn't obvious.

As catering arrives and unloads, empty crates accumulate fast. Designate someone to ferry them to the alley so the patio and garage don't get buried.

Keep it walkable end to end — volunteers will use this corridor throughout the day to move things in and out without crossing the main party space.
