Zone 7 — House
Restrooms, kitchen & indoor refuge
Zone 7
House
Restrooms, kitchen access, and indoor refuge if needed. The house is a support zone — it needs to function smoothly in the background without becoming a gathering spot that pulls guests away from the party.
Setup Checklist
0 of 0 done
Equipment & Supplies
- Toilet paper (extra rolls stocked)
- Hand soap (all bathrooms)
- Paper towels or hand towels
- Kitchen cleared and staged for catering overflow
- Indoor seating (if opening a room for overflow)
Placement Notes
The kitchen serves as the overflow prep area for catering — cleared counters, nothing in the way. Catering will use this as a support space during food service.
The dirt room path must be clear of shoes, gear, bags, and any clutter before the party starts. It's a high-traffic interior route and a pile-up there causes problems fast.
Designate one volunteer specifically to monitor the house — bathrooms restocked, kitchen tidy, dirt room clear. This person should check in every 30–45 minutes.
The path to the bathrooms should be obvious and unobstructed. Put a small sign if needed — guests won't ask, they'll just wander.
